NACHC Leadership Exchange (NLE) for Clinical Executives

NACHC’s Leadership Exchange for Clinical Executives is a six-month training program for health center Clinical Executives (top strategic leader, various titles) to grow in proficiency of selected core competencies and learn with and from peers. The program includes expert-led modules, mentorship from experienced Clinical Leaders, and peer networking.
Participants will attend an in-person Kick-off session on April 27, 2026 and six live virtual monthly sessions. In groups led by an experienced Clinical Leader/Mentor, participants apply course learning to real-world scenarios, enhance professional relationships, and create peer accountability to action.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. NACHC will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. This also includes inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention.
Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, social events, Twitter and other online media. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of NACHC.
