Nearly every Community Health Center (CHC), also called Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), utilizes telehealth to provide services remotely to their patients.1 Telehealth has become an indispensable tool for CHCs in delivering care to the 52 million patients they serve,2 particularly patients in rural, underserved, and low-income areas who face significant barriers to in-person care. Over the last five years, telehealth utilization has surged, demonstrating its potential to extend access to primary care, behavioral health, and chronic disease management services.
