Overview
NACHC partners with federal, state, and local organizations including Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) and health centers to address key health information technology issues. Our Clinical Informatics specialists work with information technology in health centers to improve care delivery, enhance health outcomes, and strengthen care team-patient relationships, with better systems to analyze and use the information health centers collect. NACHC’s HIT and clinical informatics work is guided by subject experts and evidence from pilot models, proofs of concept, prototypes, and learning communities.
